IMMIGRATION LEGAL SERVICE

Stand-alone USCIS NOID response for a new client (case filed elsewhere)

This stand-alone service is only for a NEW client facing a USCIS NOID on a matter filed by another representative or independently. NOID responses are included without additional attorney fees for our own retained matters.

STARTING YOUR CASE

What this service involves

We begin by reviewing your immigration history, eligibility, documents and goals. This helps us determine whether the standard service described here fits your situation and what evidence will be needed.

01

PREPARING YOUR RECORD

Typical documents we review

The exact documents depend on your history, eligibility and the filing requirements.

  • The entire NOID and USCIS deadline
  • Underlying filing and available case record
  • Declarations and evidence responding to proposed denial grounds
02

LEGAL PREPARATION

How we prepare the case

We analyze the proposed grounds of denial, build a focused evidence and legal strategy, prepare one rebuttal brief and submit the NOID response.

We explain the filing plan and any case-specific concerns before the representation begins.

03

FLAT-FEE SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS

What is included and what costs extra

Flat attorney fee ONLY for one standard USCIS Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) response accepted as a NEW, SEPARATE representation when the underlying immigration application was previously filed independently or by another law firm, and Green Chavez has not been retained for the underlying application. Includes review of the NOID and available underlying record; deadline and submission requirements; analysis of proposed denial grounds; evidence and legal rebuttal strategy; ordinary declarations and exhibits; legal research; one substantive response brief; filing with USCIS; routine case tracking; and RFE responses arising from this newly retained limited NOID representation. Excludes translations; experts; extensive FOIA or certified-record retrieval; complex fraud, Adam Walsh Act, or serious criminal inadmissibility issues; multiple unrelated notices; new underlying immigration applications; motions; appeals; and litigation. NO ADDITIONAL ATTORNEY FEE is charged for NOID or RFE responses arising from an application or matter already covered by a Green Chavez flat-fee engagement, including applications filed by Green Chavez. This $3,000 stand-alone price MUST NOT be charged on any existing covered case.

The signed representation agreement controls the exact scope. Government fees and outside costs, where applicable, are not included unless expressly stated.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before we begin

Are government filing fees included in the price?

No. The displayed amount is the attorney fee. USCIS, consular, medical, translation and other third-party charges, when applicable, are separate unless the specific scope expressly says otherwise.

Will you charge an extra attorney fee if USCIS sends an RFE or NOID?

No additional attorney fee is charged for RFE or NOID responses arising within a Green Chavez matter already covered by a flat-fee representation agreement. The separately priced RFE and NOID services are only for new clients with applications filed independently or by another firm.

How do I find out whether my case fits this standard fee?

Contact our office for a case-specific eligibility and scope review. If your situation falls outside the listed service, we will explain the additional work and fees in writing before you hire us.

NEXT STEP
