HOW WE CAN HELP

Family immigration

Bringing families together with thoughtful preparation and clear guidance.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR OPTIONS

A clearer way forward.

Family-based immigration can create a path for qualifying relatives to live together in the United States. The right approach depends on the family relationship, immigration history, location, and other individual circumstances.

MATTERS WE HANDLE

Guidance that meets you where you are.

  • I-130 petitions for qualifying relatives
  • Marriage-based permanent residence
  • Adjustment of status and consular processing
  • Removal of conditions with Form I-751

HOW WE HELP

Thoughtful preparation. Individual attention.

We review family relationships, timelines, available records, and possible complications before preparing a case strategy and supporting evidence. Our adjustment of status flat fees include eligible Form I-765 and I-131 filings, USCIS interview preparation and related RFE/NOID responses. An additional eligible applicant is $1,000; optional in-person attorney attendance at a USCIS adjustment interview is $1,500 extra, subject to availability.

FAQs
Can I apply for a green card without leaving the United States?
Some applicants may qualify for adjustment of status inside the United States. Eligibility depends on the person’s entry, immigration history, family relationship, and other facts.
Does an approved I-130 grant immigration status?
No. An approved family petition generally establishes a qualifying relationship, but it does not by itself grant lawful status or permanent residence.
