IMMIGRATION LEGAL SERVICE
Green Card Renewal or Replacement (Form I-90)
For a lawful permanent resident seeking to renew a standard 10-year green card or replace a qualifying lost, damaged or incorrect card. Form I-90 is not a way to remove two-year residence conditions.

STARTING YOUR CASE
What this service involves
We begin by reviewing your immigration history, eligibility, documents and goals. This helps us determine whether the standard service described here fits your situation and what evidence will be needed.
PREPARING YOUR RECORD

The exact documents depend on your history, eligibility and the filing requirements.
- Existing card or prior approval record
- Identity and biographical information

LEGAL PREPARATION
How we prepare the case
We confirm the appropriate card-renewal or replacement basis and prepare Form I-90 with its supporting documentation.
We explain the filing plan and any case-specific concerns before the representation begins.
FLAT-FEE SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS
What is included and what costs extra
Flat attorney fee for one standard Form I-90 renewal of a 10-year permanent resident card or an eligible replacement. Includes lawful permanent resident status and eligibility assessment; review of the renewal or replacement reason; identification and current-card records; Forms I-90 and G-28 as appropriate; ordinary supporting exhibits; USCIS filing; routine case tracking; and preparation and submission of any RFE response concerning this application. Excludes government and biometric fees; translations; certified records and extensive FOIA retrieval; complex criminal, fraud, or identity issues; Forms I-751 and I-829; separately filed fee-waiver requests requiring substantial supporting documentation; in-person appointments or travel; motions and appeals. Form I-90 does not renew expiring two-year conditional permanent resident status. The attorney fee is separate from USCIS filing charges. Any USCIS Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) response arising from this covered application or representation, like a related Request for Evidence (RFE) response, is included in the stated flat attorney fee at no additional attorney charge.
The signed representation agreement controls the exact scope. Government fees and outside costs, where applicable, are not included unless expressly stated.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Before we begin
Are government filing fees included in the price?
No. The displayed amount is the attorney fee. USCIS, consular, medical, translation and other third-party charges, when applicable, are separate unless the specific scope expressly says otherwise.
Will you charge an extra attorney fee if USCIS sends an RFE or NOID?
No additional attorney fee is charged for RFE or NOID responses arising within a Green Chavez matter already covered by a flat-fee representation agreement. The separately priced RFE and NOID services are only for new clients with applications filed independently or by another firm.
How do I find out whether my case fits this standard fee?
Contact our office for a case-specific eligibility and scope review. If your situation falls outside the listed service, we will explain the additional work and fees in writing before you hire us.
