IMMIGRATION LEGAL SERVICE
Stand-Alone Employment Authorization (Form I-765)
For a person who already has an eligible underlying immigration basis and needs one stand-alone work authorization application, renewal or replacement. This fee is not added when the EAD is included elsewhere.

STARTING YOUR CASE
What this service involves
We begin by reviewing your immigration history, eligibility, documents and goals. This helps us determine whether the standard service described here fits your situation and what evidence will be needed.
PREPARING YOUR RECORD
Typical documents we review
The exact documents depend on your history, eligibility and the filing requirements.
- Current immigration classification or pending case records
- Prior EAD if any
- Identity and ordinary category-specific supporting evidence
LEGAL PREPARATION
How we prepare the case
We confirm the correct I-765 category and required evidence and submit the stand-alone application with routine monitoring.
We explain the filing plan and any case-specific concerns before the representation begins.
FLAT-FEE SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS
What is included and what costs extra
Flat attorney fee for one standard, stand-alone initial employment authorization application, renewal, or replacement using Form I-765. Includes eligibility-category and immigration-status assessment; review of prior employment authorization and EAD history; preparation of Forms I-765 and G-28 as appropriate; ordinary supporting documents; USCIS filing; routine case tracking; and preparation and submission of any Request for Evidence (RFE) response related to this covered application. Excludes government and biometric fees; translations; extensive certified-record or FOIA retrieval; complex eligibility or inadmissibility matters; underlying or separate immigration benefit applications; DACA Form I-821D; TPS Form I-821; removal proceedings; motions; appeals. This stand-alone attorney fee is not charged when Form I-765 preparation is already included in another approved flat-fee service. Any USCIS Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) response arising from this covered application or representation, like a related Request for Evidence (RFE) response, is included in the stated flat attorney fee at no additional attorney charge.
The signed representation agreement controls the exact scope. Government fees and outside costs, where applicable, are not included unless expressly stated.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Before we begin
Are government filing fees included in the price?
No. The displayed amount is the attorney fee. USCIS, consular, medical, translation and other third-party charges, when applicable, are separate unless the specific scope expressly says otherwise.
Will you charge an extra attorney fee if USCIS sends an RFE or NOID?
No additional attorney fee is charged for RFE or NOID responses arising within a Green Chavez matter already covered by a flat-fee representation agreement. The separately priced RFE and NOID services are only for new clients with applications filed independently or by another firm.
How do I find out whether my case fits this standard fee?
Contact our office for a case-specific eligibility and scope review. If your situation falls outside the listed service, we will explain the additional work and fees in writing before you hire us.
