  • Military family immigration matters
  • Military-related naturalization
  • Coordination of available relief

HOW WE HELP

Thoughtful preparation. Individual attention.

We review qualifying service, family relationships, prior entry and immigration history, and which agency has authority over the requested benefit. For eligible military naturalization under INA 328 or 329, Form N-400 interview and civics preparation is included. Optional in-person attorney interview attendance is an additional $1,000 when requested and available, plus any travel expenses.
