STARTING YOUR CASE

What this service involves

We begin by reviewing your immigration history, eligibility, documents and goals. This helps us determine whether the standard service described here fits your situation and what evidence will be needed.

01

PREPARING YOUR RECORD

Typical documents we review

The exact documents depend on your history, eligibility and the filing requirements.

  • Proof of citizenship and professional qualifications
  • U.S. employer support letter and role description
  • Licenses or degrees required for the profession
02

LEGAL PREPARATION

How we prepare the case

We assess the TN occupation and employment terms, prepare the employer support materials, and advise on the applicable visa or admission process.

We explain the filing plan and any case-specific concerns before the representation begins.

03

FLAT-FEE SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS

What is included and what costs extra

For one principal Canadian or Mexican professional seeking initial TN visa or admission. Includes eligibility evaluation, professional qualification review, employer documentation, TN employer support letter, document checklist, and application/interview preparation. Excludes government fees, travel, TD dependents, and USCIS Form I-129 change-of-status or extension filings, which are separately priced. Where applicable, responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) relating to the covered matter are included in the flat attorney fee. Any USCIS Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) response arising from this covered application or representation, like a related Request for Evidence (RFE) response, is included in the stated flat attorney fee at no additional attorney charge.

The signed representation agreement controls the exact scope. Government fees and outside costs, where applicable, are not included unless expressly stated.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before we begin

Are government filing fees included in the price?

No. The displayed amount is the attorney fee. USCIS, consular, medical, translation and other third-party charges, when applicable, are separate unless the specific scope expressly says otherwise.

Will you charge an extra attorney fee if USCIS sends an RFE or NOID?

No additional attorney fee is charged for RFE or NOID responses arising within a Green Chavez matter already covered by a flat-fee representation agreement. The separately priced RFE and NOID services are only for new clients with applications filed independently or by another firm.

How do I find out whether my case fits this standard fee?

Contact our office for a case-specific eligibility and scope review. If your situation falls outside the listed service, we will explain the additional work and fees in writing before you hire us.

NEXT STEP
